The JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) is the most widely recognized Japanese exam internationally, used for university admission, employment, and general certification.

JLPT N5: Beginner Level

  • Basic hiragana, katakana, and around 100 basic kanji
  • Simple daily vocabulary and short, basic sentences
